Package Your Items
Place the original tags and items securely into the shipping mailer, ensuring the clothing is clean and unwashed.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
